Our Management Team
President and Plumbing Manager
Dan has been a plumber since 1979, and he served as an instructor for the Fairfax County Public Schools apprenticeship program for 24 years. He served as the manager of Dwyer’s plumbing department from 1991-2001 and became the owner of Dwyer Plumbing, Heating & Air in 2002.
Nathaniel began at Dwyer in the 1980s as an infant hanging out at customers’ kitchen tables when his father was a service plumber running emergency calls. In the early 2000s, Nathaniel worked in the summers as a plumber’s helper. He came to Dwyer full-time in 2012 and worked a variety of jobs, including dispatcher. Nathaniel has been Dwyer’s General Manager since 2019.
Rachael was just 14 when she installed the plumbing to a shower—all on her own. When she was in college, her dorm mates called her first before dialing school maintenance. Her reputation preceded her and when she began working in the hospitality industry, she often was found fixing things while wearing a business suit. Rachael credits her hands-on knowledge to being brought up running the halls of the Dwyer offices. Beginning her position as Office Manager in 2021, Rachael brings years of hospitality management experience and customer service with her. On any given day, she might be dispatching technicians, coordinating payroll or even answering your call.
Our HVAC Team

Even after almost two decades of work, Nabil finds there is always something to learn. He encourages technicians who are just starting out to ask questions and commit to learning every day.
“I like the challenges of this career. I like to fix things and to be challenged. There is always something to learn. When you start out, remember that practice makes perfect, and no one knows everything.” — Nabil Ansary
Morris has been an HVAC technician with Dwyer since 2020, and he has been working in the trades since 2013. Morris says he comes from a family where if something was broken, they would fix it themselves. You can trust him to fix the problem in your home, too, knowing he’s ready to get to work.

He loves his supervisors and co-workers and enjoys working with customers to meet their home comfort needs.
“Find out what you want to do, and then work for it. Take class, learn what there is to know and prepare yourself for the future. The more you learn and work toward your career, the stronger of a technician you will be.” — Long Pham
