DWYER PLUMBING Corp.'s Maintenance Agreement includes:
One preseason Cooling System Inspection (regularly $79.95)
One preseason Heating System Inspection (regularly $79.95) Inspection Scheduling Reminders A 10% discount on heating, cooling and plumbing repair service Priority Repair Scheduling
Each seasonal inspection includes professional examination by a trained technician
of all accessible system operating and safety components. It also includes, at no extra charge, examination of the system's accessories (humidifier,
electronic air cleaner, condensate pump and programmable thermostat) as well as the water heater. You will also receive Inspection Scheduling Reminders by postcard.
During the one year term of the Maintenance Agreement, you will receive a 10% discount on the regular C.A.P.TM
book repair price for any heating, cooling or plumbing repair service task needed at the residence. You will receive Priority Repair Scheduling for any repair service calls.
