C.A.P.TM was developed to make sure that you, our valued customer, are in control of the cost of a service call from beginning to end by knowing the cost in advance.
Ultimately, C.A.P.TM will help eliminate any surprises you would otherwise encounter when you receive the final bill. We all know that it is discouraging to receive a surprisingly large repair bill when the money could have been applied toward replacement of the broken item. With DWYER PLUMBING Corp. using C.A.P.TM to give you the repair cost in advance, you are better informed and prepared to make the repair-or-replace decision.
Thus a repair will not normally be made without your prior authorization and acceptance of the cost. If you decide not to authorize the repair, all you'll owe DWYER PLUMBING Corp. is either the HVAC Diagnostic Fee of $79.95 or the Plumbing Service Charge of $69.95, depending on the type of repair work.
